A 24-year-old Bismarck man out on bond on drug charges has been arrested again. Jason J. Gullickson had been charged with allegedly manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school last October. He was arrested and charged this week for allegedly doing the same thing at the same address.

Gullickson, of 507 Stratford Drive, now faces a second manufacturing charge, another Class AA felony which, with a conviction, carries a maximum penalty of life without parole, said Julie Lawyer, a Burleigh County assistant state's attorney.

He was in Burleigh County jail Thursday in lieu of a $25,000 cash bond.

Gullickson was arrested after police searched the residence Tuesday. He had been out on bond since last fall, after posting a $10,000 surety bond, Lawyer said.

An Oct. 12 trial was pending on the first case, which included the manufacturing charge as well as charges of possession of meth and meth and marijuana paraphernalia.

Now he faces the additional charge of manufacturing meth within 1,000 feet of a school, as well as other new charges: Possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of psilocybin, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, according to court documents.
