The Turtle Mountain State Bank at 10 W. Main Street in Belcourt will have a ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony from noon to 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

Gov. John Hoeven and Sen. Kent Conrad, D-N.D., will be among the speakers.

The bank is the third bank in Rolette County.

Turtle Mountain State Bank is the first Native American-owned bank in North Dakota.
