Dickinson police are investigating the cause of fires that burned three cars at a townhouse.
Lt. Rick Shirey said the police and fire department were called to a Dickinson townhouse at 2:25 a.m. Saturday for a report of three cars on fire.
Two of the cars were parked together, but the third was not in line with the others.
"The fires were suspicious in nature," Shirey said.
One of the cars was destroyed, while two may be usable, he said.
Police have no suspects at this time.
Officers noticed a grafitti message on a building near the cars, Shirey said.
"Whether the two were connected, we can't definitively say," he said.
