Three pedestrians were struck at the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings early Saturday morning along the 200 block of Third Street.

Bismarck police report a 40-year-old woman, a 31-year-old man and a 27-year-old man were all taken to a Bismarck hospital about 1 a.m. Their conditions are unknown, but police said at least one suffered broken bones in the accident.

The three were reportedly leaving the restaurant around the time of the incident.

A 31-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence in connection with the incident.

The Burleigh County state's attorney is still reviewing what charges he will face.

"The driver claimed he was swerving to avoid another vehicle, and then hit the pedestrians," said Bismarck Police Lt. Dave Draovitch.

The incident remains under investigation.
