GRAND FORKS (AP) - The next round of snow is heading toward northeast North Dakota.
A winter weather advisory will be in effect tonight and Thursday for northeast North Dakota and northwest Minnesota.
The National Weather Service said snowfall of up to 5 inches is expected, along with winds gusting to 40 mph that will cause blowing, drifting snow and reduced visibility.
The heaviest snowfall of 3-5 inches is forecast from Langdon east to Baudette, Minn.
Lesser snow amounts of 1-2 inches are expected along and south of Highway 2 near Devils Lake and Grand Forks.
