The Morton County Planning and Zoning Commission Thursday will consider Bison Pipeline’s application  for a special use permit for a 13-mile gas pipeline.

It would go through Townships 139 and 138 North, Ranges 88-90 West and the compressor station at Glen Ullin’s Northern Border Pipeline site in Morton County.

The meeting will be held 5:30 p.m. at the Morton County Courthouse in Mandan.

The commission also will review Jacob Hertz’s request to rezone 10 acres of land, three miles south of Mandan on North Dakota 1806, from agriculture to residential.
