A woman says she was grabbed by a stranger while she was in the shower, police reported.

Someone grabbed at the 43-year-old Bismarck woman through the shower curtain after her husband had left the house, police reported.

Apparently, the husband left at around 5:15 p.m. Saturday; the woman was grabbed at around 5:30 p.m, she reported. She initially thought it was her husband, but when she went looking for him, she realized he was gone. When she called him to ask about it, he said he was not the one who grabbed her.

The husband found a police car and reported the incident; when he returned to the house, with police, the woman had locked herself in her car.

There was no sign of forced entry, police said, but both the couple said they left the back patio door unlocked.
