Four men were detained by the border patrol after a fight at the Broken Oar on Saturday night.

The men are in custody at the Morton County Jail. One man has terrorizing charges pending, while the three others are detained for being here illegally, said Mandan Police Officer Greg Moose.

One man is accused of grabbing a knife and pitchfork from a van after having a fight with other patrons at the bar. Charges will be forwarded to the state's attorney's office Monday. He and the three other men, all of Hispanic origin, were later found at the Colonial Inn parking lot, Moose said.

Border Patrol was called, and the Mandan Police Department was asked to detain the men, Moose said. The men could not show paperwork that they could work in the country legally, he said.
