Linton - Linton's annual Easter egg hunt will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Memorial Auditorium in Linton. There'll be a kids' egg hunt, and Easter bunnies will hand out candy. Kids can pick up coloring contest sheets at local businesses and bring them to the hunt for prizes. The event is sponsored by the Linton Chamber of Commerce and the Linton Lions Club.

Beach - The Golden Valley County Library will expand the successful fall pie day to a spring event. Pies and other desserts, served by the 4-H Club, will be available for freewill offering from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. May 12.
