North Dakota's flu count is still going up.

The state Health Department reports 3,291 cases of influenza this week, up 232 from last week. It's the first time since 2005 that the flu count has gone above 3,000.

The flu season runs through May, and health officials have said it appears to be winding down.

Billlings is still the only one of North Dakota's 53 counties with no reported flu cases.

Cass County reports 658 cases, Burleigh County 537 and Morton County 201. Seventy-nine people have been hospitalized.

Health officials say 1,440 of the flu cases are people who ages 19 and younger.
