Vandalism of 18 vehicles in mainly the northeast and southeast areas of Bismarck over the weekend resulted in $3,045 in damage.

In most cases, thevandal or vandals broke driver's side windows or broke off side mirrors sometime late Friday night or early Saturday morning, according to Bismarck police reports.

Locations included the 700 block of North 23rd Street, 1400 block of East Thayer Avenue, 1500 block of North 15th Street, 1200 block of South 12th Street, 2400 block of East Boulevard Avenue, 1900 block of North 15th Avenue, and also South 16th Street and Colonial Drive.

Police don't have a suspect, and the case remains under investigation.
