The membership of the North Dakota Township Officers Association will hold its 42nd Annual Meeting in the Doublewood Inn, Bismarck, on Monday.

Speakers at the morning session will be Tax Commissioner Cory Fong, Vicky Steiner, CEO of the Oil and Gas Producing Counties and Steve Spilde, CEO of the North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund.

The 2008 Grassroots Government Leadership Award will be presented at the noon luncheon.

The business meeting, election of directors and resolutions session will be held in the afternoon session.

The Legislator of the Year Award will be presented to District 20 Rep. Lee A. Kaldor from Mayville at an evening banquet.

A zoning workshop will be held at 8 a.m. Dec. 2.
