Bismarck - A noxious weed problem on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' land in Emmons County will be discussed at a public hearing called by Agriculture Commissioner Roger Johnson at 9:30 a.m. March 3 at the Heritage Center in Bismarck. The focus will be on whether cattle grazing permits on the river bottom should be restored in order to control weed growth.
