A Bismarck man has been accused of threatening another man with a knife.
Narcisse Black Cloud, 35, was charged Monday with Class Cfelony terrorizing. South Central District JudgeDonald Jorgensen set bond for him at $5,000 cash.
Bismarck Police Sgt. Mark Buschena said a 34-year-old Bismarck man called police at 4:23 p.m. Sunday to report being threatened by Black Cloud.
The man said he approached Black Cloud to discuss an issue, Buschena said. He said the man reported he left Black Cloud's home and noticed Black Cloud was following him with a knife.
Burleigh County Assistant State's Attorney Lloyd Suhr requested bond be set at $3,000 cash or higher. He said Black Cloud has an extensive criminal history and a history of not showing up in court.
Suhr said alcohol was involved in the alleged incident.
