Missouri Slope Areawide United Way Day of Caring is scheduled for Aug. 13. The Day of Caring committee is accepting project proposals from community service organizations in the Bismarck-Mandan area.

The deadline for proposals is April 18.

Nonprofit organizations can submit project ideas to United Way. Chosen projects will be completed by a team of volunteers on Aug. 13.
