Fairfield - Western Wireless plans to build a 400-foot communication tower on Highway 85, two miles south of Fairfield. Bowman County - The Bowman County Commission will hold public meetings to talk about a proposed addition to the courthouse in Bowman. The meetings will be held at 7 tonight at the Bowman 4 Seasons Pavilion; at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Scranton Community Center; and at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Rhame American Legion Hall. Also, Rhame will host Gala Day Saturday, with a craft and flea market on Main Street, a 10 a.m. parade, a 2 p.m. variety show at the American Legion Hall, a quilt show, burger stand on main street and a street dance starting at 8 p.m.
