A Mandan teen has pleaded not guilty to burglary and theft of property charges.
James Belohlavek, 18, entered the not guilty pleas to South Central District Judge Gail Hagerty on Monday.
Belohlavek is accused of burglarizing Cenex, 810 E. Main St., in Mandan on Oct. 7 along with a 17-year-old boy. He has been charged with Class Cfelony burglary and Class B misdemeanor theft of property.
According to a search warrant in the case, 17 bottles of Mountain Dew, six bottles of Seafoam fuel additive and several quarts of Viking Motor Oil, all believed to have been stolen from Cenex, were found in Belohlavek's pickup.
He is slated to appear in court again on Jan. 12 for a dispositional conference.
