A fire has left a Mandan couple in need of household items and furnishings.

The Sept. 20 fire damaged the home of Dave and Margo Vogel, 205 Second Ave. NE. They are in the process of repairing the home.

The Mandan Dacotah Lions Club is working with the couple to collect items.

They need two bedroom sets complete with mattresses and box springs, couches and living room chairs, a dining room set, a kitchen table and chairs, a television, a washer and dryer, and other items.

Anyone who wants to help the Vogels can call them at 220-7836. They have a garage at their residence and can receive furniture there.
