A Bismarck woman facing marijuana distribution charges in two separate cases now has been charged in a third.
Lindsay Vivier, 19, was charged Friday with two counts of Class B felony conspiracy to deliver marijuana. Vivier is accused of receiving money from a marijuana sale on April 24 and of driving to a marijuana sale on June 25.
Stephen Beau Hurley is accused of selling marijuana in both incidents and faces the same two Class Bfelony charges. Additionally, he was charged Friday with two counts of Class Bfelony delivery of marijuana and one count of Class A felony delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school.
Vivier has been charged in two other cases involving marijuana delivery.
In the first, she was charged with Class B felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, Class C felony possession of oxycodone, Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and Class C felony endangerment of a child.
After an August "reverse buy" conducted by Bismarck drug detectives, Vivier was charged with Class B felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and Class C felony abuse or neglect of a child.
