A Bismarck man and a Mandan woman face some of the state's most serious drug charges after a Friday search of a Bismarck residence.
Jason Gullickson, 23, and Krystal Haibeck, 19, were at Gullickson's 507 Stratford Drive residence when the Metro Area Narcotics Task Force conducted a search. Task force members found meth, marijuana, paraphernalia and enough evidence to indicate Gullickson and Haibeck were manufacturing meth, Burleigh County prosecutor Brandi Sasse Russell said.
Gullickson was charged with possession of meth and marijuana paraphernalia, possession of meth, manufacturing meth and conspiracy to manufacture meth. Haibeck was charged with possession of meth paraphernalia and conspiracy to manufacture meth. The three manufacturing charges were increased to class AA felonies because the residence was within 1,000 feet of a school.
Gullickson is being held in the Burleigh County jail on a $10,000 cash bond and Haibeck on a $7,500 cash bond, Russell said.
