Bicycle rodeo to teach safety skills
In an effort to educate children and their families on bicycle safety, the Bismarck-Mandan Safety Council is having a bicycle rodeo.
On Saturday, children are invited to come to the Dacotah Foundation at 600 S. Second St. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
There will be a free bike inspection and safety education as well as free helmets and helmet inspection. Other attractions include obstacle courses and door prizes.
To come, kids need only have their own bike and an adult 18 or older accompany them.
For more information, call Troy Karlberg at 222-6651.
