The city of Mandan has announced that 19th Street Southeast has been closed between Eighth Avenue Southeast and North Dakota Highway 6.

The street was closed Monday to allow for installation of water, sewer and paving improvements. Residents are asked to use alternate routes.

The street will be closed until construction activities are complete.
