The writers in Hollywood are still on strike.

On TV, that means reruns.

The Tribune is going to start playing some reruns, too, but they are worth a second look.

At the end of every month this year, we're going to bring back some of the best work by our staff photographers. The Photos of the Month slideshow will run the last day of every month in the video player at the bottom of the page.

This month's show starts off with the New Year's baby, Analiese Holmes, and takes off from there.
