BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - North Dakota's Supreme Court says some information about the jury that heard the Moe Gibbs murder trial should be public.

Last November, jurors in Bismarck convicted Gibbs of murder in the death of Valley City State University student Mindy Morgenstern.

Southeast District Judge John Paulson refused to release the jurors' names or the questionnaires they had to fill out before the trial. The forms had 34 pages of questions.

The state Supreme Court says the jurors' names should be made public after the jurors are notified. Its ruling says Paulson must hold a hearing to justify further withholding information from the jury questionnaires.
