The Fraine Barracks Road has been closed to traffic between the access to Fraine Barracks and River Road to install curb and gutter.

Traffic wanting to access River Road from Main Avenue should use the Memorial Highway access south of the Memorial Bridge to traverse down to River Road.

The installation is expected to be complete by the end of the week, depending on the weather.

Traffic should seek alternate routes. Access will be maintained for local residents. The multi-use trail will be open to public use.
