Police have issued juvenile citations to three teenagers allegedly involved in urinating in a teacher's cup.
Bismarck Police Sgt. Dwight Offerman said a 14-year-old boy at Simle Middle School has been cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly going into a classroom during the lunch hour Tuesday while the teacher was out of the room and urinating in the teacher's cup.
Offerman said the teacher drank from the cup and became sick.
Two 14-year-old girls were cited with conspiracy to commit disorderly conduct for allegedly encouraging the boy to urinate in the cup, Offerman said.
