A Bismarck man has been charged for allegedly performing a sex act with a juvenile and for harboring runaways.
Nicholas Reindel, 19, was charged Tuesday with two counts of Class Afelony gross sexual imposition for allegedly performing a sex act with a 14-year-old in late November. He also was charged with Class Amisdemeanor delivery of alcohol to prohibited persons for giving the 14-year-old alcohol.
Reindel also was charged with two counts of Class Amisdemeanor harboring a runaway minor for allegedly harboring two 13-year-old runaways on Dec. 6, and one count of Class Amisdemeanor false information to law enforcement for allegedly providing false information to the Bismarck Police Department in an investigation regarding the runaways.
South Central District Judge Bruce Romanick set bond for Reindel at $10,000 cash or surety and prohibited him from having contact with the juveniles.
Reindel is slated to appear in court on charges regarding the runaways on Feb. 2. A court hearing in the gross sexual imposition charges has not been set.
