In March, all of New Song Community Church's recording studio equipment, about $6,000 worth, was taken in a burglary. Now there's been another burglary.
Achurch employee told Bismarck police that after entering the church Friday morning, damage to the building at 3200 N. 11th St. was discovered - as well as missing property.
Taken was music equipment and an empty cash register - a total value of $1,800.
The damage estimate for a couple of window and door jams is $1,350.
The case is under investigation.
In the first burglary, members of the church came into the recording studio on March 2 and discovered that "all of their equipment was missing," according to the police report.
They told police the burglary must have happened between 8 a.m. on Feb. 27 and 3 p.m. March 2.
The most expensive items taken were an $1,800 Yamaha keyboard and a $1,200 recording board. Also taken were the sound mixing board, microphones, headphones and other equipment.
