In the first burglary, members of the church came into the recording studio on March 2 and discovered that "all of their equipment was missing," according to the police report.

They told police the burglary must have happened between 8 a.m. on Feb. 27 and 3 p.m. March 2.

The most expensive items taken were an $1,800 Yamaha keyboard and a $1,200 recording board. Also taken were the sound mixing board, microphones, headphones and other equipment.
