DICKINSON - A judge has set bond at $50,000 for a man charged with attempted murder, reckless endangerment and terrorizing.
Authorities say Don Larsen, 24, of Dickinson, was arrested Sunday after he allegedly entered the apartment of another man and tried to shoot him with a handgun.
Police Capt. Stewart Stenberg said the gun initially was not loaded. Larsen allegedly then loaded the weapon, but the victim and a neighbor managed to subdue him and call authorities.
"No specific motive has thus far been determined," Stenberg said.
Larsen faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted of all the charges.
