Medora - A public hearing will be held at 9 a.m. Friday at the Billings County Courthouse in Medora on a plan by Billings, Bowman and Stark counties to apply for a Community Development Block Grant to help pay hookup fees to the Southwest Water Pipeline for low income residents.

Bowman - The North Dakota High School Rodeo Finals will be held in Bowman Thursday through Sunday at the Bowman Dakota Winds Arena. The rodeo is open to the public and offers a chance to see some of North Dakota's best teen horsemanship. Anyone with questions can contact Cal Klewin at 523-5880.

The workshop will include discussion on a community survey, identifying Golva's top concerns and opportunities. New Leipzig - A German Festival Street Fair will be held Saturday in New Leipzig. Events include craft and food booths serving plachinda, sauerkraut bundles, knoephle soup and cheese buttons, and fleishkuechle opening at 10 a.m., music, demonstrations, a 5 p.m. supper at the Gottlieb Weller Community Center and an 8 p.m. dance.
