A McClusky man has pleaded not guilty to robbery.
Erik Bobbins, 20, has been accused of robbing the Ridge Motel in Mandan on Oct. 8. He entered a not guilty plea to the Class B felony to South Central District Judge Gail Hagerty on Monday.
Bobbins faces a mandatory minimum four-year prison sentence if convicted due to allegations of gun use.
Bobbins is slated to appear on the charge for a dispositional conference on Jan.12. He also is scheduled for a court hearing next week on a Class C felony escape charge. In that case, Bobbins is accused of bolting from a Morton County courtroom on Oct. 17 following a bond hearing.
