A Bismarck man is back in custody in Burleigh County for burglary, among other charges.
James Scott, 31, was out on bond for drug possession charges when he was taken into custody. He is now charged with two felonies and four misdemeanors and is being held on $10,000 cash bond.
Burleigh County Assistant State's Attorney Lloyd Suhr said Scott is charged with a burglary at a Burleigh County residence.
He would not release further details. Scott also is charged with two counts of theft of property, unauthorized use of a vehicle, criminal trespassing and criminal mischief.
Scott has an extensive criminal history over the past 10 years, including convictions of criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, theft of property and gross sexual imposition.
