Free ice cream at library

Afree ice cream social will be held at 6:30 tonight at Bismarck Public Library.

The event starts with Mother Goose and friends. After a program of stories, poetry music and prizes, there will be ice cream, face-painting and balloon sculpture on the library lawn until 8:30 p.m.
