The North Dakota Bar Foundation is accepting grant applications for 2009.

The Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts Committee will review grant applications requests and grant funds for the support of legal services to the poor, for public education relating to the courts and legal matters and for the improvement of the administration of justice.

Requests for grant applications can be addressed to the Secretary-Treasurer, North Dakota Bar Foundation, PO Box 2136, Bismarck, ND 58502-2136.

Grant applications must be received by Oct. 15.
