Bismarck police are requesting the public's help in locating a missing girl.
Elaine Antoinette Martinez has been missing from Bismarck since June 9, Bismarck Police Officer Brett Anderson said.
"She was (in Bismarck) on a home visit from Home on the Range," Anderson said.
Home on the Range, located in Sentinel Butte, is a residential treatment facility for troubled children.
Anderson said Martinez left the home during the night when everyone was asleep.
Police have been searching for the girl since she was reported missing earlier this month, Anderson said.
"We just haven't had any luck," he said.
Police have received information that Martinez may be in the Fargo area with unknown people.
Martinez is 5-feet-3-inches tall, weighs 127 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She is an American Indian.
Anyone with information about Martinez's whereabouts should call the Bismarck Police Department at 223-1212, Bismarck Area Crime Stoppers at 224-TIPS (224-8477), or a local law enforcement agency.
