Bismarck police had to deal with a lot of skin on Monday.

A pile of police reports from Monday yielded three incidents of four people, total, not wearing the expected clothing.

The three incidents were not related.

A mother arrived home around 10:30 a.m. Monday to find two nude teenage boys in her hot tub, Ziegler said. He said the woman's 16-year-old daughter, who was fully clothed, was making food for the boys.

The girl was cited for being unruly when the mother reported the incident Monday afternoon.

Later on Monday, a witness reported seeing a woman lying pantsless under a tree at 5:19 p.m. Officers found the 21-year-old Bismarck woman, who ran from them, Ziegler said. He said they later caught her and took her into custody. Due to her level of intoxication, they had to check her out at the hospital. At the hospital, she became disorderly and could face charges for her actions.

The woman had scrapes and bruises on her body, but it appeared she had not been assaulted but had fallen down numerous times.

In the final naked report, someone called 911 at 7:31 p.m. to report a man bathing nude in Zonta Park, which is at the intersection of Memorial Highway, Lake Street and West Front Avenue, Ziegler said.

Officers found the 53-year-old man, who admitted to washing himself under a faucet but claimed to have been wearing boxer shorts at the time. The man, who is homeless, was not arrested, Ziegler said.
