Groundbreaking for an addition at Charity Lutheran Church will take place at about 10:20 a.m. Sunday, at the end of the 9:15 a.m. worship service.

Charity plans a remodeling and expansion project, to be completed by the end of 2005 at its location at 120 Aspen Ave., Bismarck. Included in the plans are an addition to the south of the building of 3,660 square feet, two floors of its west education wing and additional parking, as well as refurbishing the interior.
