Conspiracy to commit unlawful entry into a motor vehicle: Brandy L. Goecke, 21, 207 E. Arbor Ave. No. 301D, deferred sentence for three years with supervised probation, 50 hours community service, also unlawful entry into a motor vehicle: deferred sentence for three years.

Conspiracy to commit forgery: Heather M. Mattson, 28, Menoken, two counts of five years with three years and six months suspended for five years with supervised probation, restitution, also forgery: two counts of five years with three years and six months suspended for five years, also theft of property: two counts of five years with three years and six months suspended for five years, restitution, also unlawful entry into a motor vehicle: five years with three years and six months suspended for five years, jail time served concurrently.

Matthew J. Richau, 23, 207 E. Arbor Ave. Apt. 301D, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and felon in possession of a firearm. The charges were dismissed.

Lorraine M. Alberts, 38, 3540 N. 19th St. No. 18, was charged with altering or forging certificate of title. The charge was dismissed.

Bryan J. Schiefelbein, 34, 1713 E. Rosser Ave. Lot 12, was charged with criminal trespass. The charge was dismissed.
