Possession of methamphetamine: Jake E. Janke, 30, 1119 University Drive No. 815, deferred sentence for two years with supervised probation, also possession of drug paraphernalia: deferred sentence for two years.

Conspiracy to commit theft of property: Linda M. Benfiet, 25, 24 Carlin Drive, Lincoln, five years with four years and six months suspended for three years with supervised probation, also theft of property: five years with four years and six months suspended for three years, jail time served concurrently.

Delivery of MDMA (ecstasy): Eugene D. Garaas, 19, 9800 Kelly Drive, two counts of three years with two years suspended for five years with supervised probation, also possession of drug paraphernalia: one year, jail time served concurrently. The charge of conspiracy to deliver marijuana was dismissed.

Theft of property: Terra J. Dickinson, 24, 523 N. 17th St., two counts of 18 months with 16 months suspended for two years with supervised probation, restitution, jail time served concurrently.
