Fetch promoted
Bartlett & West announced the promotion of Jason Fetch to geographic information systems project manager. In his new position, Fetch will be responsible for the management of GIS projects, ranging in size and complexity, for regional and rural water districts, municipalities, land development, State Water Commission, Department of Transportation, energy sector and other clients. He also will be developing new clients, market sectors and technoligies to expand the firm's GIS services and to better serve clients.
Kralicek hired
Jo Ellen Kralicek has joined the Bismarck Tribune as a classified marketing consultant. Kralicek will be responsible for new account development in classified advertising. Kralicek is a Bismarck native and a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a degree in advertising. Prior to the Bismarck Tribune, Kralicek was a relocation consultant with AAction Movers for 12 years, responsible for the sales and coordination of residential and commercial moving services.

Austin Lucas was promoted from flight instructor to a commercial charter pilot for Executive Air. Along with his promotion, Lucas received a Type Rating in the Cessna Citation at SimuFlight in Dallas. Originally from Pierre, S.D., he has been with Executive Air since 2005. Lucas received his bachelor of science degree in aeronautics at the University of North Dakota.
Jon Abbott joined Executive Air Taxi as a service and parts sales representative. Abbott brings to Executive Air more than 24 years of experience in the Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker product lines.
Derek Mosset, a certified airframe and power mechanic, joined the maintenance team at Executive Air. Mosset has a background in general aviation maintenance, including factory training on the Cessna Caravan, Pratt & Whitney turbine engines and McCauley propellers.
Joey Nelson rejoined Executive Air Taxi Corp. as the controller. As such, Nelson manages both the financial and human resource functions of the company.
Schmitt named
LaDawn Schmitt has been named credit analyst by Starion Financial. In her new position, she performs loan documentation review and analyzes commercial and agricultural loan requests for decision-making by the bank's loan review committee.
Schmitt joined Starion Financial in 2006 as a business banking representative at the downtown Mandan location. She has six years of experience in the banking and lending industry.

Burleigh County Thrivent Financial for Lutherans Leadership Board of Directors has elected Allan Stenehjem to the board as director of communications for the Burleigh County Thrivent Chapter. The leadership board is responsible for managing and administering Thrivent Financial for Lutherans Care Abounds in Communities chapter program locally. Through this program, Thrivent Financial adds financial support to volunteer projects and fundraising activities conducted by the Burleigh County Thrivent chapter members to benefit individuals, families and qualified nonprofit organizations.

Marty Presler, of Midwest Business Systems, recently attended Lanier Convergence 2007, which brought Lanier dealerships from all over the nation together. Convergence 2007 focused on new products and solutions for clients. The product showcase included Dan Kempf, of Nitix, demonstrating a new way to assist clients with server solutions, and Curt Cooper and Tom Robbins launching new programs for major accounts, government accounts and nonprofit accounts.
Quinn hired
AE2S (Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services Inc.) has hired Meredith Quinn as a design engineer in its Grand Forks office. Originally from Jamestown, she received her bachelor's degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University in Fargo.
Prior to joining AE2S, Quinn completed an internship with the Bureau of Reclamation in the Oklahoma City office.
Klipfel joins
Bryan Klipfel has joined Job Service North Dakota as part of the target industry liaison team.
Klipfel's new position with Job Service supports North Dakota's Talent Initiative. As a member of the Target Industry Liaison Team, he will work with key industry constituents to advance the governor's targeted industries. He will identify predominant workforce needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Northern Plains Dance has hired two new professional choreographers.
Joshua Wise has been employed with Northern Plains Dance, a nonprofit organization in Bismarck as the new jazz instructor and choreographer. At 24, Wise has appeared in music videos as well as live shows for various recording artists.
Hollis Mackintosh began her dance training with Delia Foley, A.R.A.D., at Ballet Arts in Clarks Mills, N.Y. She went on to attend Butler University, performing lead roles with the Butler Ballet and the Indianapolis Opera before graduating in 2002 with a B.F.A. in dance performance, with a secondary major in arts administration.
Halverson chosen
Mary Halverson, of Bismarck Nephrology, has been nominated by the Institute for Safe Medical Practices to receive the Cheers Award. The Institute for Safe Medication Practices Cheers Awards honor individuals, organizations, companies, and agencies that have, through their actions during the previous year, set a standard of excellence for others to follow in the prevention of medication errors and other adverse events.
