Minot man suing S.D.-based bank

MINOT (AP) - A former Minot bank executive has filed a federal lawsuit accusing his employer of forcing him out because of an emotional health condition.

Alfred Lizotte says South Dakota-based Dakota Bank violated the Americans With Disabilities Act by making him sign a termination agreement against his will. He's seeking unspecified damages.

Lizotte says his medical condition required him to be hospitalized for four days in December 2006. He says doctors cleared him to return to work, but bank officials pressured him to quit.
