U.S. House candidates Rep. Earl Pomeroy, D-N.D., and his Republican challenger Duane Sand will debate at 7 p.m. Oct. 20 in Bismarck on KFYR-TV.The debate is the second between the candidates and will be hosted by KFYR's Dick Heidt.
Pomeroy and Sand also debated on Tuesday, which will be broadcast on Prairie Public Television later this month.
