Tamra Stubbs, 36, was charged Monday with Class Cfelony reckless endangerment and Class Bmisdemeanor driving under the influence.

South Central District Judge Tom Schneider set bond for Stubbs at $1,500 cash or surety, which has been posted.

Mandan Police Lt. Chris Miller said Stubbs was involved in a motor vehicle wreck at the intersection of Eighth Street Northwest and Fourth Avenue Northwest at 2:35 p.m. Saturday. She failed sobriety tests and was arrested. He said Stubbs is seven months pregnant.

The reckless endangerment charge relates to allegations of drinking and driving while pregnant, according to the Morton County State's Attorney's office. The DUI charge is her second in two years.
