Bismarck road to closeA portion of Valley Drive, in northwest Bismarck, will be closed today to allow pedestrians to safely cross the street during an Arbor Day event.
Valley Drive will be closed to traffic between Longhorn Drive and Tyler Parkway from 5 to 9 p.m. It will be closed to allow pedestrians to safely cross the street to attend a tree-planting in celebration of Arbor Day. The event, originally scheduled for last Saturday, was moved to today because of inclement weather.
The roadway will reopen at 9 p.m.
