When: Today and Saturday.

Where:Sioux Falls, S.D.

On the air: KFYR (550 AM).

Records:The Wizards are 26-18 and in first place in the Central Division. The Skyforce is 25-20 and in second in the Central.

Series:These are the last of 10 meetings between Dakota and Sioux Falls. The Skyforce holds a 5-3 edge.

Notes: Former Wizards assistant Brian Walsh was named the acting head coach of the Rio Grande Valley Vipers on Wednesday. Walsh, who was an assistant with the Vipers, replaces Bob Hoffman, who left the team to become head coach at Mercer University. Walsh, who was an assistant for Casey Owens in 2004-05, was offered the Wizards head coaching job twice before the following season, but turned it down for personal reasons. ... The Wizards can clinch a division title with a sweep over Sioux Falls, but the Skyforce can take command if it wins both games. If Sioux Falls wins either contest, it will hold a tiebreaker edge over Dakota by virtue of a better head-to-head record. If the Wizards sweep, they would have the advantage on the second tiebreaker (record against teams with records over .500). ... Neither team will be at full strength, with Dakota's Blake Ahearn and the Skyforce's Kasib Powell both on 10-day contracts with the Miami Heat. Powell scored 14 points for Miami on Wednesday.
