Theft of property: Eric Bosch, 20, Linton, four years with two years suspended for two years with supervised probation, restitution.

Aggravated assault: Brandon L. Ude, 26, 4005 N. 19th St. Lot 318, five years with three years and six months suspended for five years with supervised probation, also violation of domestic violence protection order: first count: one year, second count: five years with three years and six months suspended for five years, third count: five years with three years and six months suspended for five years, also interference with telephone during emergency call: five years with three years and six months suspended for five years, also stalking: five years with three years and six months suspended for five years.
