Sheep Creek - The first Seib's Sports Bar Sheep Creek Dam ice fishing tournament will be held starting with registration at 7 p.m. Friday at Seib's, with fishing Saturday. Hazen - Gov. John Hoeven will be in Hazen at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday to hear a performance by the Hazen Concert Band, which has been named the 2007-08 Governor's Band. The mini-concert is open to the public. The governor will have a private reception afterward with the band and its director.
