Hettinger - The Fellas, a contemporary a capella singing group from Dickinson State University, will perform at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the theater in downtown Hettinger. Among the five singers is Daniel Clayton, of Hettinger.

Medora - The Medora City Council will hear four appeals on a proposed $8 million expansion of the Rough Rider Hotel in downtown Medora at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Medora Community Center.

Bowman - The Bowman County music department will hold its annual spring concert and awards presentation at 7 tonight at the Bowman High School gym. Performances will be by junior and senior high choir and band groups. Gary Nagel will be recognized for his retirement.

Killdeer - The annual Hill Top Heritage Foundation's spring fling will be held Friday evening at the Killdeer American Legion Hall. The spring fling will have a Mexican "Zing" and will provide fun for couples of all ages. Proceeds will go toward a new nursing scholarship. Contact the Heritage Home for more information.

Linton - The annual meeting of the Linton Industrial Development Corporation will be held starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Linton Community Center. The evening will include project reports, tours, election and dinner. Everyone is welcome; the meal is $9 for non-members.

New England - A roundtable to discuss housing needs in rural communities will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at the New England Memorial City Hall. The roundtable will accommodate participants from the Hettinger, Billings and Golden Valley county area. Call Slope Electric Cooperative at 579-4191 by Tuesday to register. Cost is $10, including lunch.

Ashley - In honor of National Hospital Week, residents can get $360 worth of blood tests for $30 and a prostate screening for $25. The blood work will look at cholesterol and a number of other health markers. The tests will be offered Thursday and Friday at the AMC Wellness Clinic in Ashley and May 11 at the AMC Wellness Clinic in Zeeland.

Riverdale - The second annual Riverdale Spring Fling will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Riverdale Community Center, also known as the old school. The day will include seminars on dog training, tree, lawn and garden growth and mountain lions. There will also be music, rummage sales and a display of Pride of Dakota products. Underwood - Underwood business owners will serve pancakes and sausage for the annual Civic Club customer appreciation supper from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Underwood City Hall.

Hazen - A spaghetti supper to benefit youth baseball and softball programs in Hazen will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. May 7 at the Hazen City Hall. The public is encouraged to attend and support the summer programs for kids.
