Two hired
Kadrmas, Lee & Jackson recently hired Darin Rathjen as safety director and Brad Krogstad as civil engineer. Rathjen has been providing safety services for the past 12 years, most recently serving as the senior safety consultant for the North Dakota Safety Council. He is responsible for Kadrmas, Lee & Jackson's in-house safety, regulation compliance and training, as well as outside safety consultation. He studied occupational safety and health at NDSCS. He and his wife, Jodi, live in Bismarck with their two daughters, Leanna and Erica.
Krogstad will provide civil engineering services in Kadrmas, Lee & Jackson's municipal group. He has six years of experience in design, construction and project management, and will continue to serve public and private municipal clients. He previously worked for URS in Minneapolis. He and his wife, Terra, now live in Bismarck.
Henderson named
Wells Fargo Private Client Services has named Jason Henderson a senior trust administrator. Based in Bismarck, Henderson provides clients comprehensive wealth planning, investment management, real estate, specialty asset management and trust services.
Most recently, Henderson was an attorney at a law firm in Fargo where he specialized in business transactions and estate planning.
Henderson holds a bachelor's degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn., a law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law and a master's of law in taxation degree from the New York University School of Law. A current resident of Mandan, his family's farm is near Dickey.

Williams hired
Streeter native Chad Williams has been hired as the ag loan officer at Dakota Heritage Bank in Gackle. Williams began his duties Nov. 27. He is a graduate of Northern State University in Aberdeen, S.D., with degrees in finance and accounting. He previously worked as a loan officer at First Community Credit Union in Jamestown.
Rogstad hired
Dave Rogstad has joined Starion Financial as a credit analyst. He analyzes financial information and performs reviews of the bank's commercial, individual and agricultural loan requests.
Rogstad is an experienced credit analyst and internal auditor in the banking industry. He is a graduate of North Dakota State University, with a bachelor of science degree in agricultural economics.
Rogstad and his wife, Desri, live in Bismarck.
Course completed
Tom Kloster, FIC, a financial associate with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans based in Bismarck, recently completed Thrivent Financial's "Steps to Success" workshop in Minneapolis. The workshop broadens financial representatives' advisory skills, enabling them to offer more comprehensive financial strategies to meet their clients' needs.
Kloster joined Thrivent Financial in May 2005. He is affiliated with Thrivent Financial's Regional Financial Office in Fargo.
Schilling chosen
Annette Schilling, Lewis and Clark and Cultural and Heritage Tourism coordinator for the state Tourism Division, has been selected by the National Cultural and Heritage Tourism Alliance to represent the Midwest on the 2007 National Conference Steering Committee.
The selection committee encouraged Schilling to apply for membership, stating "North Dakota is an emerging leader in the cultural and heritage tourism industry." NCHTA prepares tourism-industry case studies, follows industry trends and events, develops cultural- and heritage-tourism marketing ideas and plans and promotes leadership and professional development.
Dehnert promoted
Jennifer Dehnert has been promoted to the position of bonds administrator for Starion Bond Services, a division of Starion Financial that performs bond registry and paying agent services for schools, municipalities, cities and other bond-issuing entities in North Dakota and region-wide. She will provide accounting, payment services and other record-keeping for Bond Services. She also will provide accounts-payable services for the entire Starion Financial organization.
Dehnert has been at Starion for two years as a teller, customer-service representative and telephone banker. She was promoted to call center lead in 2005. Dehnert has a bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University.
